I’m a self-taught yoga, contortion and fitness instructor who has more than 18 years in the fitness industry. I started being physically active when I first joined my schools athletics 1st team from there onwards I never looked back.
I offer many forms of workout sessions that can be done all from the comfort of your own home.
I offer high-intense cardio, weightlifting, dance sessions and yoga cool-down exercises.
I am to work on all types of body goals be it weight loss; bulking and toning I’m your go to person.
