I recently graduated from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education with a strong background in anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology. This theoretical knowledge has been supplemented by my practical experience as a pro karate athlete and fitness coach. I have also worked as a karate coach, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of movement patterns and biomechanics, particularly as they pertain to athletes.
My work primarily focuses on working with athletes and individuals who need injury rehab, allowing me to apply my knowledge to design targeted, effective training programs that help people achieve their goals.
